このポリシーについて

Task Chart(以下「このアプリ」)が、何を端末の中に置き、何を端末の外へ出すかを書きます。

手帳・タスク・記録

あなたが書いたものは、この端末の中にだけ保存します。サーバーには送りません。作り手が読むことはできません。

自動バックアップ

控えの世代も、この端末の中に残ります。書き出したファイルはあなたが選んだ場所に置かれ、あなたが管理します。

匿名の利用状況

どの画面を開き、どの操作をしたかを、内容を含めずに 1 回ずつ匿名で送ります。あわせて、手帳の形(タスクの数・階層の深さ・期間)の数値と、端末の種類・OS のバージョン・言語・時間帯を送ります。手帳の名前・タスクの名前・あなたが書いた文字は含みません。送り先は分析サービス(PostHog)です。はじめは入になっていて、設定の「匿名の利用状況」からいつでも切れます。接続元から、国や地域ほどの大まかな位置が分析サービスの側で推定されます。端末の位置情報は使いません。切ったあとは 1 件も送りません。

端末の見分け

送るものには、この端末をほかの端末と見分けるためだけの符号が付きます。アプリを入れたときに作られる無作為な文字列で、あなたの名前・メールアドレス・Apple ID とは結び付きません。分析サービスの側では、この符号ごとに記録がまとめられます。アプリを消して入れ直すと、新しい符号になります。符号は設定の「匿名の利用状況」の下で見られます。

地点の検索

地点を検索したときだけ、打ち込んだ言葉が Apple の地図の仕組み(MapKit)へ送られ、候補が返ります。位置情報を許可しているときは、近くの候補を出すために、いまいるあたりも一緒に送られます。検索していないときに送られることはありません。

地点の出入り

設定した地点を出入りしたかどうかの判定は、この端末の中で行います。位置そのものが端末の外へ出ることはありません。

購読

購読の手続きは Apple を通して行われます。このアプリが、あなたの支払い情報や Apple ID を受け取ることはありません。Apple から受け取るのは「いま購読が有効かどうか」だけで、それも端末の中に置かれます。

AI

いまのところ、このアプリは AI を使っていません。手帳の文章が端末の外へ送られることはありません。

広告と追跡

広告は出しません。ほかの会社にデータを売ることも、アプリをまたいであなたを追うこともしません。

子どもについて

このアプリは、13歳未満の方に向けて作られたものではありません。年齢や生年月日をお尋ねすることもありません。

消したいとき

アプリを消せば、端末の中の手帳とその控えは一緒に消えます。ただし iPhone 全体のバックアップを取っている場合は、そちらに控えが残ることがあります。匿名の利用状況を送りたくないときは、設定の「匿名の利用状況」を切ってください。分析サービスに送られた利用状況は、1 年で消えます。それより前に消したいときは、設定の「匿名の利用状況」の下に出る符号を添えて連絡先へお知らせください。その符号の記録を消します。

このポリシーが変わるとき

変えたときは、新しいものをこの画面に載せます。

About this policy

This page says what Task Chart (“the app”) keeps on your device, and what leaves it.

Notebook, tasks and entries

What you write is kept on this device only. It is never sent to a server. The maker cannot read it.

Automatic backups

Backup copies also stay on this device. Files you export go where you choose and are yours to manage.

Anonymous usage

Which screens you open and which actions you take are sent anonymously, one at a time, without their contents. Along with them go the shape of your notebook as numbers (how many tasks, how deep the levels go, how long the span is) and the device model, OS version, language and time zone. Notebook names, task names and anything you wrote are never included. It goes to an analytics service (PostHog). It starts on, and you can turn it off any time under “Anonymous usage” in Settings. The service also works out a rough location, about the level of a country or region, from the connection; the device’s location services are not used for this. Once off, nothing more is sent.

Telling devices apart

What is sent carries a token whose only job is to tell this device from another. It is a random string made when the app is installed, and it is not tied to your name, your email address or your Apple ID. The analytics service groups its records by this token. Delete and reinstall the app and it becomes a new token. You can see the token under “Anonymous usage” in Settings.

Searching for a place

Only when you search for a place, the words you type are sent to Apple’s mapping service (MapKit), which returns suggestions. If you have allowed location access, roughly where you are is sent with them so that nearby results come first. Nothing is sent when you are not searching.

Arriving and leaving

Whether you have arrived at or left a place you set is worked out on this device. Your location itself never leaves it.

Subscription

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. The app never receives your payment details or your Apple ID. All it receives from Apple is whether a subscription is currently active, and that stays on the device too.

AI

For now, the app does not use AI. Nothing you write in the notebook is sent away for it.

Advertising and tracking

There is no advertising. Your data is never sold to other companies, and you are never followed across other apps.

Children

The app is not made for children under 13, and it never asks for your age or date of birth.

Deleting everything

Delete the app and the notebook and its copies on this device go with it. If you back up your whole iPhone, a copy may remain there. If you would rather not send anonymous usage, turn off “Anonymous usage” in Settings. Usage data already sent to the analytics service is deleted after one year. To have it deleted sooner, send the token shown under “Anonymous usage” in Settings to the contact address, and the records for that token will be removed.
