Task Chart 利用規約
この規約について
これは、Task Chart(以下「このアプリ」)を使うときの約束です。このアプリを使いはじめた時点で、この規約に同意したものとします。
このアプリでできること
このアプリは、手帳を書き、直し、組み替えるための道具です。書いたものは、この端末の中に保存されます。何が端末の外へ出るかは「プライバシーポリシー」に書いてあります。
購読
購読は自動で更新されます。選んだ期間ぶんの料金が Apple ID に請求され、期間が終わる24時間前までに解約しなければ、同じ期間ぶんが自動で更新されます。体験期間があるときは、その期間が終わる24時間前までに解約しなければ、料金が請求されます。購読の確認・解約・切り替えは、iPhone の「設定」からできます。
支払いと返金
支払いは Apple を通して行われます。このアプリが、あなたのカードの番号や支払いの情報を受け取ることはありません。返金の申し込みは Apple が扱います。
購読をやめたあと
購読をやめても、書いた手帳はそのまま読めます。書き出しもできます。読めなくなるものはありません。
あなたが書いたもの
手帳に書いたものは、あなたのものです。作り手がその中身の権利を持つことはなく、読むこともできません。
このアプリの権利
このアプリそのもの(画面・文章・図・プログラム)の権利は作り手にあります。分解して中身を取り出したり、複製して配ったりすることはできません。
控えはご自身で
保存されたものは、この端末の中にあります。端末をなくしたり、アプリを消したりすると、一緒に消えます。大事なものは設定の「バックアップ」から書き出して、ご自身で保管してください。
保証について
このアプリは、いまある姿のまま提供されます。いつでも使えること、思ったとおりに動くこと、データが失われないことは保証できません。このアプリを使ったことで生じた損害について、法律で認められる範囲で、作り手は責任を負いません。
この規約が変わるとき
規約を変えることがあります。変えたときは、新しい規約をこの画面に載せます。変わったあとも使い続けた場合は、新しい規約に同意したものとします。
準拠法
この規約は日本の法律にもとづきます。

Task Chart — Terms of Use
About these terms
These are the terms for using Task Chart (“the app”). By starting to use the app, you agree to them.
What the app is for
The app is a tool for writing, correcting and rearranging a notebook. What you write is saved on this device. What leaves the device is written in the Privacy Policy.
Subscription
The subscription renews automatically. Your Apple ID is charged for the period you chose, and unless you cancel at least 24 hours before that period ends, the same period renews automatically. Where a free trial applies, you are charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You can review, cancel or switch your subscription in iPhone Settings.
Payment and refunds
Payment is handled by Apple. The app never receives your card number or any payment details. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
After you stop subscribing
If you stop subscribing, the notebook you have written stays readable. You can still export it. Nothing becomes unreadable.
What you write
What you write in the notebook is yours. The maker holds no rights over it and cannot read it.
Rights in the app
The app itself — its screens, text, drawings and program — belongs to its maker. You may not take it apart to extract its contents, or copy and distribute it.
Keep your own copies
What is saved lives on this device. If you lose the device or delete the app, it goes with them. Export anything that matters from Backups in Settings and keep it yourself.
Warranty
The app is provided as it is. It cannot be guaranteed that it will always be available, that it will behave as you expect, or that no data will be lost. To the extent permitted by law, the maker is not liable for losses arising from your use of the app.
When these terms change
These terms may change. When they do, the new terms appear on this page. Continuing to use the app after that means you agree to them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
